CheckLift was established in 1995 by Andre & Frans Roberts, both qualified rigger ropes men with 36 accumulated years of experience in their field.

They saw a need for a company which offered a complete service for all lifting equipment, inspection thereof and rigging, according to OSH act (occupation, safety & health standards acts). Thus CheckLift was formed.

We implements a color code system on all lifting equipment on a quarterly basis & carries out Load Testing on lifting equipment, electric hoists and overhead cranes on an annual basis as required by law.
